Breaking News: The Perfect Recipe for Sabrinao Bacalao by the master chef Thomas W. Kofler 

Ingredients
  1. Lake with water temperature between 14 - 16 degree
  2. Sunny day (preferably)
  3. Thermos full with 3 lt of hot water
  4. Maltodestrine
  5. Some chocolate and other stuff to eat
  6. Arnica and Vaseline cream
  7. Sabrina 

The recipe:

  1. Wait patiently the end of the lockdown
  2. Ask friends for informations about lakes temperatures in Trentino
  3. Choose Molveno lake at 864m a.s.l.
  4. Check the lake temperature a couple of days before
  5. Saturday 16 June 2020 reach Molveno Lake 
  6. Check immediately the water temperature (14.5 degree)
  7. Spread Sabrina of vaseline and arnica
  8. Let her wear only swimming suit, cap and  goggles. In other words: no neoprene
  9. At 10 o'clock a.m. push gentle, but firmly,  Sabrina in the lake 
  10. Make it clear to Sabrina that if she dares to get out of the water too soon
  11. .... the chef could turn into the Hulk
  12. Occasionally feed her with hot water and maltodestrine 
  13. Sometimes check the water temperature at various points on the lake (average temperature 14.9 degrees)
  14. Let sabrina no-stop swim for 6 hours and 2 minutes 
  15. At the end voilá ...Sabrinao Bacalao is ready!
