Ingredients:
- Lake with water temperature between 14 - 16 degree
- Sunny day (preferably)
- Thermos full with 3 lt of hot water
- Maltodestrine
- Some chocolate and other stuff to eat
- Arnica and Vaseline cream
- Sabrina
The recipe:
- Wait patiently the end of the lockdown
- Ask friends for informations about lakes temperatures in Trentino
- Choose Molveno lake at 864m a.s.l.
- Check the lake temperature a couple of days before
- Saturday 16 June 2020 reach Molveno Lake
- Check immediately the water temperature (14.5 degree)
- Spread Sabrina of vaseline and arnica
- Let her wear only swimming suit, cap and goggles. In other words: no neoprene
- At 10 o'clock a.m. push gentle, but firmly, Sabrina in the lake
- Make it clear to Sabrina that if she dares to get out of the water too soon
- .... the chef could turn into the Hulk
- Occasionally feed her with hot water and maltodestrine
- Sometimes check the water temperature at various points on the lake (average temperature 14.9 degrees)
- Let sabrina no-stop swim for 6 hours and 2 minutes
- At the end voilá ...Sabrinao Bacalao is ready!
